Scapa Healthcare’s Topical Skin Care & Wound Care Technology Center in Dallas, TX, was gained through our acquisition of BioMed Laboratories in 2018. It has enabled us to expand beyond skin contact adhesives and into the formulation development and manufacturing of topical wound care and skin care products -- including creams, lotions, emulsions, gels, suspensions, hot fill solids and loose powders. We have proudly integrated BioMed’s services fully in to our portfolio and begun further investment in systems, processes and infrastructure that continue to keep us at the forefront of the skin care product development industry.

Our state-of-the-art, medical grade Dallas manufacturing facility is a fully integrated custom developer and manufacturer of topical solutions for advanced wound care, ostomy care, incontinence care, personal care, skin care health and beauty. We support our customers' skin care topical needs from concept to commercialization and have the ability to incorporate active agents and green chemistry into the development of a custom portfolio.
